Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from D'Gifts Haven. If you're not entirely happy with your items, you may return them under the following conditions:

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or free gifts that came with the purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process

Sale Items

- However, items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift:
- Returns are accepted with proof of purchase (gift receipt or order number).
- Refunds for gifts will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.
